What is Footgolf?
Footgolf is a combination of football and golf. You play with a football and walk, just like in golf, on a 9-hole golf course. You kick the football from the tee-off area towards the red footgolf flag that stands in a ‘cup’ with a diameter of 53 cm. The rules of footgolf are similar to those of traditional golf where players try to complete the course in as few shots as possible.
Like golf, footgolf courses have different distances for each hole, and players must overcome obstacles and terrain challenges to reach the footgolf cup with flag.
