As our ‘Technical and Green Space’ colleague, you are responsible for the maintenance of both the Harderwold Villa Resort and the adjacent golf course and driving range.
In this versatile role, you ensure that the accommodations, grounds, and golf course always look perfect. No day is the same, and your efforts directly contribute to our guests’ experience.

What Will You Do?
Technical:
Maintain and manage the swimming pools at the villas according to work procedures.
Perform technical checks and maintenance during check-in and check-out of rental villas and apartments.
Identify and resolve technical malfunctions and defects.
Green Space Maintenance:
Maintain the grounds (50,000m² resort and 20,000m² golf course).
Tree and forest maintenance.
Mowing grass, maintaining flower beds, and pruning.
Who Are We Looking For?
You have experience in technology and/or green space maintenance, or you want to gain this experience with us.
You are available full-time (38 hours per week).
You are willing to work on weekends and during holiday periods.
You participate in the on-call telephone service.
You preferably live in the vicinity of Harderwijk/Zeewolde and have a driver’s license B.
Affinity with the German and/or English language is a plus.
You are physically able to perform varied work.

Salary between € 2,321.31 and € 3,183.49 per month (depending on knowledge and experience) + 8% holiday allowance.

Owners of approx. 60 rental villas and approx. 200 private villas.
Association of owners of 29 rental apartments.
Since 2024, we have also been managing the adjacent golf course and driving range.
